Application fees required to take the North Carolina Board's clinical/practicum examination total eight hundred dollars ($800.00). In order to receive the application, an initial non-refundable fee of fifty dollars ($50.00) must accompany a written request for the application.

To be eligible to take the examination, the remainder of the fee, seven hundred and fifty dollars ($750.00), must be received along with the completed application in the Board office sixty (60) days prior to the scheduled starting date of the examination for which you are applying.
