MEETING NOTICE

Pursuant to G.S. 143-318.121(b)(2), the North Carolina State Board of Examiners in Optometry herby gives notice that it will hold a special meeting by conference call on Friday October 29^, 2010 at 5 P.M. for the purpose of discussing in detail procedural matters relative to a hearing scheduled on Thursday November 11, 2010. Pursuant to G.S. 143-318.13 the public may listen to such meeting at the offices of the Board at 109 North Graham Street in Wallace, North Carolina, 28466; a fee of up to $25.00 may be charged to each such listener to defray in part the cost of providing necessary location and equipment.
