This SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT ("Agreement") is entered into by and between the North Carolina Medical Board ("Medical Board") and the North Carolina State Board of Examiners in Optometry ("Optometry Board"), concerning the settlement of all pending litigation between the parties, including the rights of properly trained and credentialed optometrists to perform certain injection procedures as set forth in this AGREEMENT.
